On July 2nd, the 2023 Guangzhou-Haizhu First China Cycling and Tourism Festival, co-hosted by the Chinese Cycling Association, Guangzhou Sports Bureau, and Haizhu District People's Government, along with the "Play in Haizhu, Enjoy Riding" promotion of sports and tourism collaboration between Guangdong, Fujian, and Guizhou provinces, kicked off at the iconic Canton Tower.
This cycling and tourism festival is the first fully road-closed event held in the heart of Guangzhou city.
