With Valentina Corvi's sixth place among the Women Open at the Turin International Cyclocross, the season 2022 of Trinx Factory Team ended.
The athlete from Tirano (in Alessio Pederiva’s picture) in the last race of the year, crossed the finish line second among the Junior Women, closing twelve months full of satisfactions for her with an international placement.
The seventeen-year-old in cyclocross graduated asEuropean vice-champion in Namur and has already made herself seen in the World Cup among the Open Women with 17th place in Val di Sole.
On the other hand, in Xco season, Valentina reached the podium both at the World Championships in France, thanks to the second place in the Team Relay, and at the European Championships in Anadia, where she won the silver medal again in the team event.
For her also the sixth place in the individual race of the World Championships in Les Gets, the fourth in the continental competition in Portugal and two Italian titles in the short track and in the Olympic cross country.
Her results add up to those obtained by her teammates Giorgia Marchet (twice silver at the European Championships in Anadia), Fabio Bassignana (second with Valentina in the continental Team Relay), Filippo Agostinacchio, Gioele Bertolini, Lucia Bramati, Andrea Colombo, Eva Lechner and Naomi Plankensteiner.
