FAÈ DI ODERZO (TV) – Another international race and other placements in the top 10 for the Trinx Factory Team athletes. At the Ciclocross del Ponte in Faè di Oderzo Lucia Bramati and Valentina Corvi finished in sixth and seventh position (in the photo by Alessio Pederiva, the two athletes in action).

If Valentina Corvi once again proved to be the best of the Junior Women, as happened last Sunday in Vittorio Veneto, Lucia Bramati was the author of a more brilliant performance than in the previous race: among the vineyards of Faè di Oderzo, the 19-year-old remained in the leading group in pursuit of Silvia Persico, finishing sixth and second among the Under 23s. A confidence boost in view of the 4th GP Internazionale Città di Jesolo, the last test before the Italian stage of the World Cup in Val di Sole.

«The track in Faè has always rejected me, so I'm satisfied with the performance and, above all, with the feelings», confirms Lucia Bramati. «I hope that this race opens a new phase of the season, after the first two months needed to find the race pace again».

A new phase that will culminate with the Italian championship in Rome. «It is the key appointment and we will try to get there 100%, also to deserve a call-up to the World Championship. The training camp that we will do in Belgium during the Christmas holidays will be pivotal: It will give me strength and pace to do my best at the Italian championship».

Domenica le ragazze dirette da Luca Bramati saranno di scena al Kartodromo Pista Azzurra di Jesolo, sede del 4° GP Internazionale Città di Jesolo. La loro partenza è prevista per le ore 14:00.
